Our
Rules
The number one goal
at Village Gaming is to have fun and let
others have fun. In order to do this, a
few simple rules need to be followed. Violators
of these rules may be asked to leave the
premises without a refund for time purchased.
Multiple infractions or a single serious
violation may result in a permanent ban
from Village Gaming.
Rules of Conduct
1. Respect the rights of other customers
and VG employees. – This
includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse,
physical threats or hostile acts, unwelcome sexual
advances, foul language, racial comments, and
personal insults directed toward or in the presence
of VG employees or customers.
2. No Drugs or Alcohol – This
is a ZERO tolerance policy. Possession and/or
consumption of drugs and alcoholic beverages within
the facilities is prohibited. No intoxicated or
disorderly person shall be allowed to remain on
the premises.
3. No Smoking – The health
and safety of everyone is a top priority.
4. No school age patrons are permitted
in the facility during school hours.
5. No outside food or drinks are allowed
in the facility – Drinks are available
for purchase at the front counter and there is
a pizzeria and restaurant right outside our door.
6. No Profanity – This
includes language offensive to people’s
race, sex and sexual orientation.
7. No Fighting
8. No violation of copyright or other
laws and ordinances pertaining to computer usage.
9. No Cheating – i.e. using
unauthorized scripts, configurations or any other
types of cheats.
10. No Hacking – If we
find anyone attempting to hack into any computers,
switches or other equipment on the Village Gaming
network, you will be evicted and banned.
11. No Pornography or viewing of inappropriate,
illegal, or hate-related websites.
12. Protect your timecode – If
you give someone your timecode and they use your
paid-for time, there will be No Refunds.
13. Take care of our equipment –
Any intentional damage to equipment and
or furniture must be reimbursed.
14. Only one game may be checked out at
a time – In order to assure that
our games are available for all customers, you
must return any game in your possession before
checking out another.
15. If you spill something let us know
immediately – We won’t yell
at you, we just need to clean it up.
16. Use the trashcans – Don’t
leave trash at the gaming stations and dispose
of gum properly.
17. Whenever possible, please use headphones.
– You can use VG provided headphones
or bring your own. (VG is not responsible for
any lost or stolen personal items.)
18. No shoes on furniture surfaces.
The
violation of these rules is subject to the revocation
or suspension of your membership. No refunds
will be made on any balance on your account
or for the unused portion of your membership.
The management reserves the right to alter these
rules in any way. It is the sole discretion
of management to determine what constitutes
a violation of these rules.

Forms
Parental Consent Form:
Younger gamers wishing to play games that have
been rated T for Teen or M for Mature by the
ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board),
may be asked to provide a consent form signed
by a parent or guardian.
Membership Form:
After submitting this form along with your payment,
you will be issued a personalized membership card
containing your name and the cards expiration
date. In order to receive member
discounts, you must present your signed membership
card to the VG attendant at time of purchase.
